Ryan D’Cunha graduated Summa Cum Laude from University of Texas in Arlington with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology in 2012. In 2016, he graduated with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) Degree, from UT Southwestern School of Health Professions.
Upon graduation, Ryan worked in mental health substance abuse and hospital medicine at the Dallas VA, gaining knowledge and experience. In 2017, Ryan worked at UT Southwestern Zale Lipshy Pavilion – William P. Clements Jr. University Hospital alongside the neurosurgery group assisting with hospital management and postoperative patient care.
Ryan holds certifications through the Texas Medical Board (TMB) and the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
He has allied health privileges at Methodist Hospital for Surgery in Addison and Baylor Scott and White Regional Medical Center at Plano.
Ryan joined Dallas Neurosurgical and Spine in 2019. He collaborates with Dr. Desaloms, assisting in surgery and caring for patients in the hospital and office settings.
